About
Wherever you are in your spiritual journey, come join us as we seek Jesus together.
The Harvard Graduate School Christian Fellowship (HGSCF) is a community of Harvard graduate students, post-docs, faculty, staff and friends who come together to learn more about Jesus and what it means to follow him in the university and beyond.
We are a Christian community, which means that we seek to follow Jesus in all that we do, but we are also a seeking community, in that we welcome those who have questions about faith and seek to grow in our faith ourselves.
HGSCF is the “parent” group, if you will, of the different graduate Christian fellowships that exist at each of the graduate schools at Harvard. Even though much of our ministry is done in our school-specific fellowships, we come together across schools regularly for worship nights, Bible studies, and prayer gatherings. If you want to find out more about our school-specific fellowships, you can do so here.
HGSCF has been around since the early 1980s. (And one of our InterVarsity campus ministers has been around that long, too.)
Whether you are an incoming grad student or a seasoned grad student, a Christian student or a question-asking one, an extraverted student or an introverted one – in short, no matter who you are – we invite you to come journey with us throughout your time at Harvard.
